4. Some notes on using plums for health
Is it good to eat plums? Is it good to eat a lot of plums? Is it hot to eat a lot of plums?... It's not natural for questions like these to be asked.

Do not eat too many plums at once because it can lead to diarrhea.

It is best to eat fruit, not juice to take advantage of the fiber content of the fruit.
