Conditions of return

Customers need to check the goods, keep the invoice and contact Facebook or Instagram ShyTea to request an exchange/return in the following cases:

Item does not match the type in the ordered order
Not enough quantity
External conditions are affected such as packaging tear, peeling, broken ...
Note: need to keep the invoice of the order attached to the goods

If you have any questions, please actively respond to us and all your questions will be answered

Notes

- Customers check the products on the spot and pay money (if any) to the delivery staff when they see that the products are correct on the e-commerce website of ShyTea.

- The shipping service of building coffee will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation of goods from the ShyTea warehouse to the customer.

- When the product is delivered, the product must be in its original condition, sealed with the invoice, with no sign of opening... If the customer finds abnormality, they can refuse to receive the goods and immediately contact the Department. Customer care of building coffee for immediate handling: Facebook, Instagram, Hotline 2873030588 .

- The customer is responsible for checking the goods upon receipt. When detecting damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or wrong goods, wrong size, wrong type, confirm the condition of the goods with the delivery staff and immediately notify the Care Department customer care of building coffee to handle.

- In case of delayed delivery without notice, customers can refuse to receive the goods and ShyTea will refund the entire amount that customers have paid in advance (If any) within 14 working days.
